9th Annual Captain Annie's Survivor Chest Golf Outing
The golf outing is limited to 144 golfers. Sign up early to ensure your team makes the cut! If you have a name for your team, please make sure to include it in the "business name" section of your registration.
Check-in starts at 8 am
Shotgun start at 9 am
Dinner at 2:30 pm
Awards at 3 pm
Your contribution of $75 includes a donation to CASC, 18 holes of golf with cart, dinner, and prize ceremony.
Not a golfer? Join us for dinner! $25 per person.
